During the regular course of business, at a monthly Chapter meeting, the body of members may be charged with voting on, or tabling, a specific notable action, endorsement, or contribution.
Any tabling or voting on these matters will be posted as soon as practicably possible on this page. Regular course of business voting, such as meeting minutes and financial statement votes will not be included here. To view those actions, please refer to the meeting minutes. Voting and general business takes place in accordance with Valley Chapter bylaws, PORAC bylaws, and guidance from Robert's Rules of Parliamentary Procedure. |

Juan Alanis - Accepted Nomination
Treasurer:
Randy Beintema - Accepted Nomination
Nominations will remain open and will be accepted until just prior to the vote taking place at the October Chapter meeting.

- Motion to endorse Nicole Devencenzi for San Joaquin Superior Court Judge was made and tabled until the the October 09, 2025, Chapter meeting.

- Motion was made and approved for the Valley Chapter to cover the cost of Chapter President Steve Walker to attend the annual conference in the amount of $2271.40.
