The following questionnaire must be completed by any candidate seeking a political endorsement from the Valley Chapter.
The Valley Chapter will only endorse local candidates who have been officially endorsed by an affected Valley Chapter member association. Prior to requesting a Chapter endorsement, you should first speak with your local association leaders.
Once you have received your local association endorsement, you will need to complete this Local Candidate Questionnaire. The purpose of this form is to educate our members to the viewpoints of the candidates seeking endorsement.
Per Valley Chapter bylaws, all candidates seeking an endorsement are required to complete and submit this questionnaire at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting in which the tabled endorsement will be voted on.
